I Trained at Riton with Tony, starting in February 08. I was fed up with my job and desperately needed a career change. I had already been for an interview with one of the colleges, but wanted 1-1 tuition and not just to be a number. Tony is very passionate about what he teaches,and always makes sure that the lesson has been fully covered and understood before moving on to the next subject. I passed all three qualifying exams at the first attempt, and within 11 weeks, without going out on a trainee licence, I am a fully qualified Driving Instructor. I just wanted to write to you so you are fully aware of my experience of using Riton for my ADI training. As you know this is a highly competitive field and I conducted quite a bit of research when looking for a training establishment. From the outset I felt comfortable with the approach both you and Rita offered and how you fully understood how to offer flexible training packages to fit into my other commitments. From the outset it was very obvious you were both passionate and highly knowledgeable on training ADI's. I was especially impressed to have one to one training with the same instructor and at no time was there any sales pressure to take on a franchise (that I felt from other companies). You paired me up with my instructor Patrick who I cannot praise enough with what he was able to teach me in a relative short period of time. Every lesson imparted valuable training and I approached every exam with confidence that I was fully ready. This came through with me passing every exam on my first attempt and I was delighted to obtain a 5/6 grading on my part three. My part three was conducted by a test center manager and during the de-brief she advised it was one of the best part three's she has conducted in a long time to the extent that she was interested to know who had trained me so thoroughly. This I would imagine is praise indeed. These are not easy exams to pass and the fail rate is alarmingly high but Patrick prepared me for every eventuality and I cannot thank him enough for all his patience.

Training with Tony at Riton was the best part of the course, the help and advice is second to none, not only during the training but also after I passed, from helping me get started, with taking me on board and working for Riton to helping with starting my own school.
